Project Manger Job Description:
As a Project Manager at LaSalle, you will play a very Important Role in driving the successful business transformation Program of the Company. You will oversee projects, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Salary: $60 – $70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project milestones, updates, and decks to track progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Optimize resource allocation through capacity planning.
- Guide and support project managers in adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Assist with capex budgeting and financial planning.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in global business transformation or strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of CPG industry dynamics.
- Consulting background with experience navigating complex organizations.
- Must have Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in methodologies, with a preference for agile approaches.
- Willingness to travel to Chicago for occasional onsite meetings.
